Photo Upload Guidelines

For the best results, please upload a clear, high-quality photo. The person's face and entire front profile should be clearly visible in the photo. Photos that are blurry, cropped, dark, or have part of the face or body cut off may affect the final product.

Processing & Shipping

Your custom product is made just for you! Draft mockup will be sent over to your email for approval within 2 business days. If you have not received a draft mockup, please check your spam folders. Once the mock up has been approved by you, orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days.
